During all the years I’ve been doing this, I’ve been able to portray many people on very different locations. This causes a versatility, but my heart lies with capturing people on the streets or different locations (preferably, not in a studio).

't Is niet stil in Amsterdam
This is the first project where I’ve combined several poems and photographs. When I started this project I wanted to give something back to the night of Amsterdam. Since, it feels as if I grew up in it. I made friends, laughed uncontrollably and made mistakes while slowly getting older. The project is about losing yourself in the night and the wonderful people that we don’t seem to meet during the day.
In this series I captured places I visited. I went to bars that have been there for ages already and wandered around the city many nights. It was on show in December 2025 at Der Hintergarten during their closing weekender.
