Because of the different cultures that are a part of me, I belong to many groups but none at the same time. This causes a feeling of restlessness and brought me into the night. In here, I wandered and passed by the dark feelings of loneliness on one hand. But I also saw the hope and temptation that light and color can bring.

 

This is a reminder of how beautiful solitude can be.

 

L’Chaim is the project I’ve graduated with at the Academy of Photography and contains a poem and 33 photos, it was exhibited at Loods6 in May 2024.​
